Backgammon Lite is a computer backgammon game with which you can easily play online against other players by simply registering on their website. You will always have an opponent to play with but if you prefer you can play in local mode alone against the machine.

This game, which is said to be the first board game to be invented, is played by combining chance and skill. You have two dice with which you can move chips. Each die will tell you what moves you can make. You can add up all the points and move only one piece or choose to advance with two of your pieces. The mission is to arrive with all your chips at the opposite end, where your opponent begins who will also try to reach your exit and will eat your chips. If you fall into a square where there is only one counter, you can send it back to the starting square.
